OPEN PDF Annotator

1. open “file name here?”
2. “?” Is the last edited file typical name “_INTERNET_April_01.pdf”
3. Open the new(Current) Bill
4. Start with new bill.
5. Use the “snapshot” function and begin to copy/save to clipboard
6. Paste to the edited PDF
7. Some pastes are the correct size so just paste into the correct position
8. Some pastes need size adjustments so just pull out or up on the size dots.
9. As a NOTE Always double check.
